Growing Through Play, Routine, and Discovery
Ages 12 months – 3 years
At Building Kidz of San Francisco, our early childhood program supports young children as they explore, create, and connect. We combine a consistent daily rhythm with hands-on learning to help children build independence, social skills, and a love of learning.

Curriculum and Development
Our teachers balance structure with exploration, helping each child feel supported as they build new skills. We focus on positive guidance, strong relationships, and whole-child development every step of the way.
Approaches to Learning and Play
Children learn best through active discovery, hands-on experiences, and purposeful play woven throughout the day.
Language and Communication
Songs, stories, conversation, and guided interaction help children grow their vocabulary and express themselves with confidence.
Physical Development and Health
Movement, outdoor play, and everyday classroom activities help strengthen coordination, balance, and body awareness.
Social and Emotional Development
Children practice sharing, building relationships, and understanding feelings in a warm, supportive classroom environment.
Early Problem Solving
Puzzles, sensory materials, and guided exploration encourage curiosity, focus, and early critical-thinking skills.
